Amanda E. Dyke
as Sarah Worthington
This will be the 27th show in Amanda's career. She has been
performing in Ohio University Chillicothe productions for the past three years.
Amanda will earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater this Spring from OUC.
She recently gained experience in Columbus, Ohio filming three movies.
William O'Dell as Rufus Putnam
(Wednesday and Friday)
William is a Senior at Ohio University Chillicothe majoring in History.
This will be his third theatrical performance.
Jason Page
as Rufus Putnam (Tuesday and Thursday)
Jason is a Senior at Ohio University Chillicothe majoring in Telecommunications.
In his spare time he enjoys performing in OUC productions. He looks
forward to being a part of the Living History project and hopes everyone enjoys
the show.
Gabrielle
Goshom as Lydia Perkins and the Serving Maid
Gabrielle is nineteen years old, a Freshman at OU-C, and is majoring in Theater.
She has participated in theater since high school and has interests in horseback
riding and water polo! Her advice to you is, " Dance like no one's
watching, sing like no one's listening, love like you'll never get hurt, and
live heaven on earth!"
Daniel Diehl
as Manasseh Cutler and James Grubb
Daniel is twenty-three years old and attends Ohio University as an Art History
Major with a Theatre Minor. His future plans include teaching Theatre and
the History of Art on the college level. He enjoys long board surfing,
sculpture, set design, play writing. He is also a human rights campaign
member and activist. He believes in making a ripple in every pond.
His favorite quote is, "Is your life so small that this is significant?" and
"Don't dream it, be it!"
Josh Looney
as First Associate, Dr. Perkins and A Business Man
Josh graduated from Edward Lee McClain High School and is currently attending OU-C
majoring in theater. Josh has been seen in the Four By Tennessee Festival
as The Little Man in "The Strangest Kind of Romance."
Kazy Richmond as the
Second Associate, the Farmer, and Edward Tiffin
Kazy is a Junior, majoring in Social Studies at Ohio University Chillicothe.
He is active in OUC's theater program and will complete a Bachelor of Arts
degree with a minor in Theater.
Jeffery Lewis
as Arthur St. Clair
Jeff is a graduate of Southeastern High School and is currently a student at OU-C.
He has been active in the theater department for the past year. Outside of
theater he enjoys playing music, backpacking, climbing, repelling ,sports, and
long romantic walks on the beach with YOUR teacher!
Kyle Williams
as Shawnee Warrior
Kyle is a sophomore attending Ohio University-Chillicothe. He is a
employed as a stage technician for the OU-C Theater Department. This will
be the fourth production on which Kyle has worked.
Jerod Wheeler as
First Soldier,
the Trapper, and Nathaniel Massie
Jerod Eugene Wheeler is a veteran of the Armed Forces, and is attending college
at Ohio University Chillicothe. He is majoring in Computer Science with a
minor in theater. This show will be his second stage performance, and
first in the Majestic Theater. His very first show was Clare Boothe Luce's
The Women in which he had to dress up as a woman. Just for the record,
Jerod stresses he did not have to shave his legs for the part!! (But, he
was willing.)
C.J. Dean
as Second Soldier and Elijah
C.J. is a high school student at Waverly and participates in the Post Secondary
Options program to take classes at OU-C. He has been in three plays.
Jane Tyler
as Shawnee Squaw
Jane has an Associates degree in the Arts. Her theater experience includes
stage managing for The Children's Hour, Lend Me A Tenor, You
Can't Take It With You, Miss Julie, and Broadway Bound for OU-C
theater. She also has acting experience as a maid, a hairdresser, and a
woman at a nightclub in The Women. She has participated in an
improvisation workshop with Second City.
Margaret Breidenbaugh as
Little Mary
Worthington
This is Margaret's eleventh theatrical role. She has appeared in two Ohio
University Chillicothe productions: Night of the Iguana and The Women.
Margaret was an active member of Thespians in high school, and first appeared on
the stage in 1992. She is a graduate of the Capital University Conservatory
of Music with a Bachelor of Arts in Music
and a minor in Theater. Her future plans include owning a bookstore with
her brother and sister and earning a doctorate in both ethnomusicology and
religion.
Richard Lewis
as Thomas Worthington
Richard is a senior Art student at Ohio University Chillicothe. His former
stage credits include The Last Night of Ballyhoo, Picnic, Rumors, Lend me a
Tenor, and You Can't Take It With You. This production marks
his first professional experience. Richard splits his free time between
music, backpacking, mountain biking, and photography.
Torre Hatfield
as Eleanor Worthington
Torre is a 2003 graduate of Unioto High School. Now a freshman at OU-C,
Torre has been previously seen in "The Lady of Larkspur Lotion" part of the Four
by Tennessee Festival. Currently a Communications major, Torre plans to
stay active in the theater department.
Amber Adams
as Mary Tiffin
Amber received her Bachelor of Specialized Studies degree in Theater, Art
History, and Comparative Arts from Ohio University in 2001. Since
graduation she enjoys being involved with theatre productions and the OU-C
Theater Department.
Kia Williamson
as Aunt Hannah
Kia is a 2000 graduate of Chillicothe High School. She is currently
enthusiastically involved with OU-C theater and has been seen in numerous
productions, most recently as Reba in You Can't Take It With You.
Dwight Alan
Aldendeffer Karshner Jr. as Michael Baldwin
Dwight is a senior at Ohio University Chillicothe majoring in Early Childhood
Education. This is his third career performance and his first on the
Majestic Theater stage. He would like to thank Ken, Minda, the cast and
crew for all their encouragement and help. He dedicates his performance to
his Aunt Eleanor O'Day.
